Latin knockout Jo Garcia was named Playboy’s Cyber Club Cyber Girl of the Year in 2008. Her dark eyes and long legs would have been plenty to attract the cyber-world explorers, but she has gamers buzzing because not only is she beautiful, but she also knows her video games.



This leggy 5’7”, 122-pound Hispanic hard-body (in part the product of pole-dancing/strip classes in Los Angeles) measures in at a sultry 32D-24-32, and she puts every inch of it to work for her. Yet the tale of the tape only goes so far in explaining Jo Garcia’s saucy sex appeal.

Whereas it isn’t uncommon for the gaming industry and beautiful women with no gaming background to mutually exploit each other, Jo Garcia’s status as a true gamer is beyond dispute. She lists Final Fantasy, Radiata Stories and the Xenosaga trilogy as favorites, and displays an unmistakable knowledge of video games, enough to erase any suspicion that she’s anything but legit. Plus, in interviews, she comes across as cool, charming and intelligent.

For a young woman with very little modeling experience to speak of, Jo Garcia’s rise from obscurity to relative fame was somewhat meteoric. On the urging of some friends, including a 2001 Playboy Playmate of the Month, she submitted a portfolio to Playboy without much fanfare. To her surprise, she was named Playboy’s Cyber Girl of the Month for October 2007 by members of the Playboy Cyber Club. In April 2008, Cyber Club members gave her an even higher stamp of approval in naming her the 2008 Cyber Club Cyber Girl of the Year.

Since then Jo Garcia has been doing a lot of publicity, more photo and video shoots, and appearances. Although her modeling career is moving along at quite a clip, she’s clearly just getting started.
